Swarþ - Demo 2012 CS
Swarþ is a completely mysterious and unknown black metal band at the moment. There is no contact address, no credits nor pictures of the band anywhere on this release. The music is said to be improvised and the tracks have no names. I can say with confidence that none of that matters and the music is nothing short of stellar. The whole recording has a deathly aura and ancient imprint of something great and evil. Highly recommended.
Released in a hand numbered limited edition of 100 copies by Exitium Productions from the United Kingdom

Katechon - Demo 2012 CS
Hailing from Trondheim, Norway, Katechon plays raw and ancient METAL OF DEATH. Going so against the grain of what is currently the Norwegian scene, Katechon has a sound that is unique, but not without a few very valid comparisons to contemporary Swedish death metal bands like Kaamos or Ofermod. This band has a bright future and this tape definitely shows their way of crafting solid and intense death metal.
Released by Prostata Records from Norway.

Bismuth - The Eternal Marshes CS
Doom. Slow, and plodding is the way. Bismuth is a two piece, drum & bass demolition team from the United Kingdom. The minimal composition and instrumentation definitely gives a feeling of desolation and has marsh-like qualities in it’s bleak, meandering structures. Very high quality release inside and out. Every tape comes with a NICE screen printed logo patch.
Released by Tartarus Records from The Netherlands.
